RogueTime - Instructions
Press the RogueTime icon; there are four "buttons" along the bottom - "Client", "Call Log", "Reports" and "Settings".
Clients
Note: RogueTime works with AT&T and Verizon personal accounts only.
Pressing the "Client" button the first time, yields a blank screen. Press the + on the top right, and the app responds with four choices: "Import from iphone Contacts List", "Import from Clients Group", "Create New" or "Cancel". Press one of those choices. "Import from iPhone Contacts List" takes you to the iPhone "contacts" allowing you to tap a client and import that info. "Import from Clients Group" allows you to import your entire iPhone Clients Group with one tap, if you already have clients set up as a group on your iPhone. "Create New" lets you manually enter a client. You may establish a bill rate for each client (shown below on the left) as you import clients or add new ones; if you do not do so, the app uses the default rate entered in "Settings". The "Edit" (top left) allows you to edit or delete a client.

Settings
When you click on the "Settings" you can establish the date range for your call logs, a bill rate that is used as a default rate, and whether you would like the call logs to display your clients only, or all your calls. Newer versions have a "Send Logs to Developer" setting; this setting is included for emergency purposes. Should you have a problem with the app, we will explain how to enable this setting so that our tech support team can quickly assist you.
Call Log
When you first press the "Call Log" square at the bottom, a blank screen appears. Press the "Import" button on the top right and a screen will open where you enter your AT&T login information - just as you would if you were logging into your AT&T or Verizon account on your laptop or PC. Press the "Download" button on the top right. The app will start importing your call logs; do NOT close the app or go to another function on your phone while the import is in progress, or it will fail. When the app is done importing, you will see a screen with your calls sorted by date, as shown in the example on the left.
Reports
Press the "+" sign on the top of the screen that opens and select the dates and clients for whom you want a report. When you are done selecting, press "Create" (top right) and a screen will open with the total billable amount for that client in that date range, as seen on the left. Press the little arrow at the right of the report, and the app emails these details to your admin, the client, or whomever else you would like.
