Mr. Klimas received his B.A from the University of Rochester, and his J.D from DePaul University. After a successful career in the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Klimas moved to Lithuania where he has been admitted to practice as an attorney from 1999. He is the author of a casebook published in the U.S. on Comparative Contract Law. Mr. Klimas is the former law school dean of Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania and the former chief legal counsel to the Chairman of the Lithuanian parliament. Tadas Klimas, Esq.
